Stand straight. Measure around the fullest part of the chest, directly under the arm pits, ensuring the tape is horizontal. To guarantee a comfortable fit, keep one finger between the measuring tape and the body.

Measure from the edge of one shoulder straight across to the edge of the other shoulder.

LENGTH
Start at the highest shoulder point. Measure straight down to where you'd anticipate the jersey to finish, factoring in the desired length.
