Stand straight. Measure around the fullest part of the chest, directly under the arm pits, ensuring the tape is horizontal. To guarantee a comfortable fit, keep one finger between the measuring tape and the body.

Measure from the edge of one shoulder straight across to the edge of the other shoulder.
